Laboratoires SANTINOV is committed to making its website and mobile applications accessible in accordance with Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005, Decree No. 2019-768 of 24 July 2019 and Decree No. 2023-931 of 9 October 2023, transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies. This accessibility statement applies to: https://santinov-obesite.com/en/.

1. Service description

Founded in 2007, Laboratoires SANTINOV specialises in nutritional support for people who have undergone obesity surgery and for people receiving medical treatment for obesity. At the request of bariatric surgeons, who were looking for a simple and comprehensive solution to cover their patient's deficiencies after obesity surgery, we first developed SURGILINE, a specific multivitamin adapted to the needs of bariatric patients. Since then, we have specialised in developing technical food supplements that meet specific needs.

We develop short, targeted product ranges adapted to the intended population. Our actions are not guided by marketing, but by the pursuit of product efficacy. This efficacy is our strongest argument.

Simply adding a little of every kind of vitamin, mineral or other trace element is not enough to make an effective product, nor is pushing dosages to high levels with just any source of ingredients.

The efficacy of our food supplements comes from the quality of the ingredients we have selected and from the way they interact with one another. We have worked to ensure that these ingredients allow the best possible assimilation and the greatest possible tolerance.

2. Compliance status

This website / application is partially compliant - a full audit has been carried out; the identified non-compliances are currently being addressed.

3. Non-accessible content

The following content is not accessible because it does not comply with RGAA 4.1 requirements:

  • There are images without captions on several pages. Navigation to images using screen readers is difficult.
  • On some pages, there are links without link text.
  • On all pages, the contrast between text and the background is too low.
  • There are "iframe" elements without captions on some pages. Navigation to iframes using screen readers is difficult.
  • On several pages, the language declared in HTML does not match the language of the page.
  • There are form fields without labels on many pages. Navigation to form fields using screen readers is difficult.
  • There are buttons without labels on several pages. Navigation to buttons using screen readers is difficult.
  • On some pages, there are headings that have no caption or that contain the aria-hidden attribute and are therefore inaccessible to screen readers.
  • On some pages, there are 'iframe' elements whose labels have already been assigned. If the elements cannot be assigned unambiguously, screen reader users may confuse the elements.
  • There are invalid Aria attribute values on several pages. These are not detected by screen readers and are therefore not displayed correctly.
  • On many pages, there are focusable elements marked as decorative and therefore accessible to assistive technologies, although they are intended to be ignored.
  • On several pages, a parent element does not have a corresponding child. This can confuse screen reader users, as content is expected but is not present.
  • On several pages, links cannot be distinguished from the surrounding text.
  • On all pages, there are interactive elements whose name is not part of the caption. This makes voice control of the website difficult.
  • On some pages, there are elements whose Aria ID appears multiple times. This makes navigating the website with screen readers more difficult.
  • On some pages, there are lists containing items that do not belong to lists. As a result, the lists may not be displayed correctly by assistive technologies.
